Dorney Self Catering Apartments comprises 3 apartments which were originally converted from the old barn.
Gardener’s Bothy is our loft apartment with one double room and one charming single bedroom under the eaves. A further guest can be accommodated on a single sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people.
Wisteria and the Smithy share the ground floor. Wisteria has two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. The Smithy is a studio apartment with two single beds, there is single sofa bed which could be used but it is a bit of a squeeze!
Set in the grounds of a Tudor house, the apartments look out onto views of peaceful fields and Dorney Common.
The apartments are right at the end of Dorney Common and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Thames towpath; it feels as if you are totally in the country, yet you are only three miles away from the hub bub of the tourist towns of Eton and Royal Windsor and a short train journey into London.
Other local villages well worth a visit are Bray (famous for Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant), Cookham, Bourne End and Henley. We are also ideally situated for easy access to Legoland, oh the famous model village, Bekonscott in Beaconsfield is only a 30 minute drive away.
Online payment available.
