The Old Court is a vibrant arts center offering a diverse array of live music, drama, comedy, and film events, complemented by a bar managed by Windsor & Eton Brewery.
Housed in a stunning Edwardian building that once served as a Magistrate’s Court, Police Station, and Fire Station, The Old Court is renowned for attracting top emerging bands and comedians. Its eclectic event lineup includes club nights, jazz, dance, theater, classical music, and film.
The Old Court Cinema provides Windsor's first Digital Cinema experience in the arts center's auditorium, complete with immersive Dolby surround sound and new seating. It screens a wide range of award-winning films, blockbusters, and live event broadcasts of ballet and opera. With six or seven films shown each month, audiences can enjoy up-to-date releases, foreign language films, and art house movies.
The Old Court also features unique spaces available for private hire and is utilized by local community organizations for weekly classes and workshops. The regular program includes photography, dance, singing, yoga, music, meditation, and art classes for both adults and children.
Renowned for quality and excellence, the bar, managed by Windsor & Eton Brewery, offers a variety of locally-brewed cask, keg, and bottled beers, as well as a curated wine list, a full range of spirits, soft drinks, and teas and coffees.
The Old Court is within easy reach of the M4 (Jct. 6), M40 (Jct. 2) and M25 (Jct. 13). The nearest car park is 2 minutes away behind Windsor College on St. Leonard’s Road and there is also a multi-storey car park 5 minutes away on the corner of Victoria Street and Alexandra Road.
The Old Court is a 15-minute walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside Station and a 10-minute walk from Windsor Central Station. It is also well-served by buses to and from Windsor, Slough, Bracknell and the surrounding area.
