The Assembly Hall Theatre is a 1,000 seat regional theatre presenting a eclectic programme of live events.
Genres include popular music of all kinds, musical theatre, stand-up comedy, children's and family shows, West End touring musicals and dramas, traditional pantomime, classical concerts and opera, variety, spoken word, and dance. The theatre is also the chosen venue of several highly-regarded community groups, and hosts an annual arts exhibition and is used as a conference venue.
It is a much loved and valued cultural asset in the heart of Tunbridge Wells for over seventy-five years, having been renowned for attracting diverse audiences from the borough and beyond.
