The TIC is situated in the Buttermarket and managed by the city council.
Among the services on offer at Canterbury's TIC are information about local attractions and events, accommodation bookings, a bureau de change, ticket bookings for cross channel operators and National Express coaches, a box office for booking theatre tickets and a wide range of books, maps, gifts and souvenirs.
