Enjoy a day out between Christmas and New Year at Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway. GWR Steam Locomotive No 1369 from the South Devon Railway will be hauling our steam trains on Saturday and Sunday 28 & 29 December and again on New Year's Day 01 January 2025. Join the trains at either Chinnor or Princes Risborough stations, then choose your seats, sit back, relax and enjoy the winter panorama alongside the Chiltern Hills. As the lovely views open out with the Vale of Aylesbury stretching into the distance, you may spot deer or other local wildlife including the Red Kites overhead.
WINTER WARMER FARES:
Standard Day tickets are issued as go-as-you-please Day Rovers and are valid on every train. Stay for a couple of trips - or come for just one return journey if you only prefer a taster - it's the same price and you can also break your journey at Chinnor or Princes Risborough for a stroll into the village or town.
