Transform your garden this summer by joining a hands-on workshop with Nina Leeming
Experience an unforgettable day with Nina Leeming of HOW TO LOVE YOUR GARDEN. This interactive hands-on workshop is your chance to create a beautiful, flourishing garden just in time for summer.
Start the morning with coffee and biscuits inside the Garden Marquee before diving into the secrets of vibrant, long-lasting summer containers. You'll plant your own 40cm late-summer planter, included in the ticket price, as a stunning garden centerpiece to take home, choosing from a selection of beautiful annuals and perennial plants grown especially for you at Borde Hill.
Moving outside in Borde Hill's beautiful Gold Standard Rose Border, you'll then learn how correct deadheading will prolong your summer displays right through the season, as well as understanding the simple rules of how and when to water.
After a delicious lunch served inside the marquee, you'll return to the Garden for more hands-on learning. Gather and create your own organic comfrey plant feed to make and take home, and master simple, effective strategies for managing your garden weeds at home.
Following the workshop, take time to explore the Garden, which is especially beautiful in June with over 750 fragrant David Austin roses flowering in Jay Robin's Rose Garden.
Don't miss this chance to head into summer with the knowledge and confidence to make your garden thrive – whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned gardener, all are welcome to join the fun.
