On the afternoon of Sunday 25th June, the picturesque village of Shere will be opening its garden gates and invite visitors to view more than 15 private gardens. The afternoon will be a wonderful opportunity to spend time this this quintessential English village in full bloom. The event will raise money for local village causes.
There will be a plant sale, an over-the-wall gardeners' question time at the allotments, the cricket club will be running a flamboyant Pimms Stall and the parents from Shere School will be serving delicious home-made cakes and teas in the village hall.
Parking is free and tickets are available online or on the day. Entry: Adults: £8; Over 65s: £7; Children under 16: FREE
Dogs are welcome in a few gardens (but not all).
