From the roaring glamour of race days in the 1920s & 30s to the luxurious golden age of mid-century travel, and world changing history in-between, come and celebrate the 'Brooklands Years Relived' with us this summer at the Brooklands Museum, Surrey
Our two day weekend event celebrates Brooklands’ rich motoring and motorsport history, and is always held on the weekend closest to the anniversary of the original opening of the race track on the 17 June 1907.
Relive the decades of Brooklands' innovation from the creation of the world's first banked motor-racing circuit, to the final days of aircraft production in Weybridge. Revel in the heady atmosphere that Brooklands was buzzing with in the 1920s and 30s, when all the major races were held here, and where society sipped champagne in 'the' place to be seen.
Saturday’s programme will involve the speed trial competition, held on the Mercedes-Benz World circuit
Recreating the atmosphere and glory days of Brooklands, Sunday’s activities are spread across the Museum site.
Event included in normal Museum admission (Members go free). Upgrade to a weekend ticket.
