Bekonscot Model Village and Railway in Buckinghamshire opens for the new season on 15th February in time for some half-term fun!
Bekonscot is famed for our little model houses, moving models and incredible outdoor Gauge 1 garden model railway. But there’s more. Oh yes. There's a playground (next to the picnic areas), a super 7.25” gauge ride-on railway, elevated walkway and model self-drive boats. We don’t have any rollercoasters or white-knuckle rides - just a lot of good things for the whole family to do, see and enjoy!
Our individual ticket prices start from £14.00 per adult and £9.00 per child. If you book online, at least 48 hours in advance, you receive a 10% discount.
Bekonscot Model Village is in the town centre of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. We’re very close to London – in fact you could say that we’re London’s model village. The M25 is 10 mins, and M40 just 5 mins away. You may have seen large brown “Model Village” signs on the M40. That’s us; we’re just up the road, so do pop in next time you’re coming past. We’re very close to Windsor, Slough, Watford, Reading, Maidenhead and High Wycombe. And of course all of London. We’re so easy to get to — and we have (limited) free parking every day.Our friends at Chiltern Railways run regular services to Beaconsfield station (5 min walk) from London Marylebone (25 mins), Aylesbury, Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, High Wycombe and beyond. You can be at Bekonscot in less than 45 minutes from London’s West End.Postcode for Satnav: HP9 2PL.
