The Weald & Downland Living Museum is a unique location for your wedding set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. At the Museum, over 45 historic buildings set in a beautiful 19th century park provide an outstanding backdrop for your great day.
The Museum has two rooms licensed for civil weddings, these are:
One of the main attractions of the Museum as a venue, is that only one wedding ceremony is booked on each day – so you will never feel rushed and can relax and enjoy your special day. The Museum also provides a beautiful backdrop for your wedding, with plenty of idyllic settings for your wedding photographs.
For those that wish to stay and celebrate their wedding, whether with champagne and canapés by the lake, or beer and doughnuts in the Market Square, we will try to accommodate your wishes.
