Oakley Hall Hotel

About

Host your event or wedding at Oakley Hall Hotel, an elegant 18th century Georgian Manor set in 315 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside.

Each room has its own unique characteristics and the largest room can accommodate up to 160 guests.  All have stunning views overlooking the gardens and grounds.

Having launched in February 2020, the Woodland Pavilion is now available for outdoor ceremonies

A dedicated co-ordinator will be on hand to help you plan every aspect of your day from little extras such as arrival by helicopter to spectacular firework displays.

In addition to the elegant event spaces in our Grade II listed manor house, Oakley Hall Hotel is also home to The Garden Pavilion - a dedicated event space with room for up to 400 guests. It's one of Hampshire's largest and most versatile conference and wedding venues, capable of hosting state-of-the art corporate events by day and the most glamorous of dinner dances and award celebrations by night. It even has its own private outdoor terrace - perfect for casual summer barbecues or Champagne drinks receptions.

Meetings

There is a choice of seven beautifully elegant rooms that exude the character and charm you would expect of a period country property, but combined with all mod cons such as air conditioning and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.

Rooms can be set out to best suit your particular needs, accommodating meetings for as few as two people right up to 120 – perfect for meetings, small conferences, training sessions and corporate events.

Our permanent Garden Pavilion launched in May 2018 can accommodate up to 380 people and has its own private terrace, ideal for large parties and staff conferences.

For business travellers we offer preferential Bed & Breakfast rates to ensure you can relax after a stressful day in peaceful surroundings
