Looking for fun things to do in Basingstoke? Whether you're out with the kiddies or a group of friends looking for exciting activities in the area, how about giving flying a go?
Strap in for the ride of a lifetime at iFLY Basingstoke Indoor Skydiving, right in the heart of Basingstoke Leisure Park. It’s a top choice for families and friends wanting to experience the exhilaration of flying without jumping out of an actual plane!
This isn’t just any old skydiving experience, though. Indoor skydiving is a top-tier, thrill-inducing activity ideal for slightly nervous first-timers through to gutsy adventurers.
Soar like an eagle in the 14ft (4.3m) diameter, lightning-speed wind tunnel experience. It’s the sort of rush only flying can bring, and it’s waiting just for you.
Your Flight Itinerary
Here's what to expect on your epic UK flying experience:
Step 1 – Meet and Greet
Meet your instructor who’ll give you a complete briefing on how you can prepare for your indoor skydiving lessons. Consider it as the pre-flight safety demo but much more interesting.
Step 2 – Gear up
Get kitted up alongside your loved ones and prepare for your flight.
Step 3 – Prep for Take-off
Head on up to the chamber and brace yourself for an incredible flight in the wind tunnel. It’s a bit like launching into space, just without the rocket.
Step 4 – Up, up and Away
Your instructor will help you get into a neutral flying position before helping you nail the basics – they’ll have you floating on air in no time!
Step 5 – Bragging Rights
After you land, tell all your loved ones about it and don’t forget to plan your next indoor aerial antics with iFLY!
