Competition Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions relates to Vakantiebeurs Show, Holland to win a visit to South East England competition

Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

2. The prize draw is excluded to employees of Tourism South East and businesses supplying prizes. 

3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible. 

4. This competition is open to visitors attending Vakantiebeurs Holiday Show 2025 only. 

5. Only one entry per household. 

6. The closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm on 31st March 2025. Entries after this date will not be included.  A winner will be picked at random and notified by email from Tourism South East.  The winner will be given 14 days to respond and confirm they are happy to receive their prize. 

7. Transport vouchers will be organised by Tourism South East with the chosen supplier and the voucher will be sent directly to the winner to use at a convenient time. The winner will be able to choose from Eurostar, P&O Ferries or Brittany Ferries. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchased date.

8. The two-night stay voucher is valid for use at The Queens Hotel in Portsmouth and includes breakfast during your stay for two people. The prize is valid from 1.4.25 to 28.2.26 and subject to hotel availability and attraction opening times. The prize is Non-transferable. Non-exchangable. The hotel will contact the winners directly to co-ordinate the booking of the accommodation.

9. The prize also includes entry tickets for two to the following attractions:  Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, The D-Day Story.  Tickets will be valid during advertised opening hours only, subject to availability. Non-transferable.  Non-exchangeable.

10. Visit Portsmouth will supply and co-ordinate attraction tickets with the winner.

11. Prizes are not transferable, no cash alternative is available. No is purchase necessary. 

12. The winner’s initial, surname and general location will be displayed on https://www.tourismsoutheast.com/competitionwinners.

13. Entries are to be submitted by completing the competition form or by completing a written competition form on the Visit South East England stand at the show.

14. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, etc) (c) Any additional travel costs to, from and around the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money, or parking etc will not be covered.

15. Tourism South East and its partners may cancel or amend the competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions and prizes without prior notice.

16. By ticking the Visit South East England opt in box; entrants agree to receive a regular email with information about visiting the region including offers, places to visit and stay, and further competitions.

17. By ticking one of the partner opt in box; entrants agree for their information to shared with that specific partner and to be added to their email database.

18. The competition prize is subject to availability. 

19. The judge's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
