Conveniently situated at the Eastern end of the city just off the A27, close to Goodwood, St. Richards Hospital, Festival Theatre and Chichester Harbour, the city centre with its extensive range of shops, pubs, places to eat, cinema and bowling alley is just a short walk away.

All rooms are are ensuite, hospitality tray and Freeview TV, are on the ground floor and we have off road parking.
