An 180-acre Estate, dating back to the Doomsday Book then a Deer Park owned by the Lords of North Fareham, set in a Natural Clos paired with a Luxury 'Old House' Hotel built in 1707 originally the last coach house on the London to Portsmouth route. These two venues (five minutes apart with complimentary shuttle service between them) together provide resplendent grounds with a potager - organic kitchen gardens, vineyards, winery, orchards, apiary, gym, spa, cookery school, gardening school and a fantastic calendar of events. All together providing you 'Your Retreat from the Everyday'.

Suite 1707 accommodates 20 to 120 guests; reception area, dining room, modern orangery and private garden; and our Tasting Lounges can also accommodate up to this number of guests.
