Little Barn is a farmyard cottage converted from Victorian farm buildings in 2000.
Attractively situated with its own garden Little Barn sleeps 6 in centrally heated comfort in one double and two twin bedrooms, plus a cot if required. Little Barn has a large, light living room, a well equipped kitchen, one bathroom and one shower room giving a high standard of holiday accommodation on our 650 acre arable and woodland farm, which has lovely walks and views. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick, which has fast trains to London, 40 minutes from Brighton and the coast and provides the ideal base from which to visit Sussex, Kent & Surrey gardens.

Take M23 past Gatwick (South). Follow M23/A23 to B2110 Handcross exit. Drive through village, forking right at end of High Street (B2110) towards Horsham. Continue to Lower Beeding, forking right at Holy Trinity Church into Sandygate Lane. Take right turn at next T-junction onto A281and then 1st left after 1/4 mile, into Newells Lane. Take 2nd entrance on right into farmyard.
