These very individual stone cottages offer guests the ultimate in comfort, quality and cleanliness and a chance to enjoy the high standards of craftsmanship which is the hallmark of this idyllic retreat.
Furniture and fittings have been built by Cotswolds craftsmen in English hardwoods, much of it from the farm’s own trees, and a local blacksmith has been commissioned to create imaginative ironwork to enhance many of the doors, windows and the open fireplaces. Floors are slate, terracotta or wood and soft furnishings are in natural materials.

You’ll be warmly welcomed to the farm by the Barbours. The family live on site and will be happy to get you settled in and are available throughout your stay should you need any information or help. Unlimited firewood, fresh flowers*, cake and crisp clean spring water all from the farm are all supplied upon your arrival. We also provide picnic hampers in each cottage so that you can enjoy eating out in the grounds.
David and Nena Barbour with their family have spent over fifty years making Heath Farm what it is today. The cottages have been lovingly restored to maintain all the rustic charm of old farm barn buildings whilst providing first class natural luxury and superior craftsmanship.

Short breaks of 1-6 days available. Stays of over a week have multiple week discounts applied. Maximum stay in a cottage is 56 days.
Our accommodation is located on the A361 between Banbury and Chipping Norton, 200 meters away from the turning to Deddington on the B4031. Easy access from the M40 in Banbury. At the bottom of the drive you'll see a white sign for the cottages on the left. Follow it down to reception where you'll be greeted by us.
Sat Nav (OX7 4BN) should take you to directly to the farm.
We have ample safe parking here on site with drop off points nearer the cottages by the reception.
Due to our rural location there are no direct stops by buses to Heath Farm. Teh closest bus stop would be Milcombe which is approximately 2.5 miles away.
