Hampshire Wardrobe has a collection of 6000 theatrical costumes for hire, ranging from original, vintage and historical reproductions to high-quality character costumes.
The wardrobe has a long and fascinating history. From its inception in the late 1970s with a stock of Royal Opera House costumes, it has grown to become Hampshire’s leading theatrical costume hire service, offering premium quality costumes at affordable prices. Initially a resource for schools and drama groups, the wardrobe opened its doors to the general public in 2014.
