The Cotswold Plough Hotel, Clanfield, is a perfect example of a 16th century, stylish yet informal hotel in the Cotswold countryside. The restaurant menu offers imaginative and mouth-watering dishes and prides itself on using local Cotswold produce, including game and fish from sustainable fisheries.
In the summer months the restaurant spills onto the beautiful sunshine terrace and gardens and under the shade of our famous parasols you can enjoy great food and drink whilst absorbing the gentle pace of Cotswold life. Why not play croquet on the lawn whilst sipping Pimms on the terrace?
During the cold winter months we have roaring fires in our bar and Glass room to keep you warm and cosy throughout the day and night.
The Cotswold Gin Pantry was created in 2011 by the owners of The Cotswold Plough, from their extensive knowledge of Jenevers and Gins from around the world. We hope to pass on their interest to you by allow you to taste many different gins from the pantry At present there are hundreds of gins on the pantry shelves and you can a variety of gin tasting experiences.
All our menus can be served in the restaurant, bar or in the privacy of your room. All dietary requirements catered for.
