Our internationally experienced pilots, headed by our chief pilot, a former World Championship Member, are amongst the best in the world.

When you arrive at your selected launch site, you will be met by your pilot and crew who will be looking after you throughout your balloon flight until you return to the launch site.

We take special care of those who are experiencing their first flight. All our balloons are covered for both third party and public liability. A range of memorabilia, including in-flight photographs, are available to purchase as a memento of your flight. Hot air balloon rides normally take place early in the morning and late in the afternoon. We operate flights throughout the year to allow you to experience the magic of flying in a variety of seasons.


Balloon rides last about one hour, but you will need to allow about three hours from the initial inflation to the return to the launch site. Upon landing, the flight will be toasted with a specially selected champagne and each passenger will be presented with a first flight certificate signed by the pilot to commemorate the occasion.
