Step back in time with a visit to Titsey Place and Gardens, located in the Surrey North Downs, a short drive from Limpsfield High Street.
Still occupied as a family home, this beautiful house is only open for selected days during the year from May to September.
Some of the areas of the house go back as far as the Tudors, but you can discover different period influences with the Georgian main entrance hall and gallery bedroom, Regency dining room, 1920's styled drawing room and 19th century remodelled sitting room.
The Walled Kitchen Garden was restored in 1996 as an illustration of Victorian horticultural techniques and is one of the best surviving of its kind. You can also explore the Jubliee Garden and Glass Houses as well as the 500 acre Woodland. Titsey is one of the largest surviving historic estates in Surrey and dates back to the mid-sixteenth century.
An hourly house tour is available at 1.30, 2.30 & 3.30 on a first come first served basis.
