The fantastic family-friendly festival of Street Performance and Outdoor Arts returns to the historic city of Winchester this July.
The Hat Fair 2025 will take place Saturday 5th July, it is the UK's longest running festival of Outdoor Arts, celebrating its 16th birthday this year.
Returning to its roots, the focus for 2025 will be on the busking/Hatter element of the festival in which it takes it name from.
Featuring street preformers, magic, comedy, acrobatics and audience participation bringing a joyous air to the streets of Winchester.
