A Christmas Carol at Charles Dickens former home
Gravesend
Gravesend
A Christmas Carol is the perfect way to celebrate Christmas and for one weekend only, you can join the Dickens Theatre Company in the unique setting of Gad's Hill Place, the former home of Charles Dickens, for their joyously authentic staging of this Victorian classic.
This entertaining rendition of the classic will see only two cast members playing over 30 characters involved in the story and offer the chance to take a glimpse of Dicken's study and other ground floor rooms before the performance starts.
Please note that access to the house is only possible via stairs and could cause accessibility issues. Visitors park in the school's car park at the back of the house on Crutches Lane.
