Just 100 metres from the quayside it is presented to the very highest standard. There's a large living space that overlooks the garden with a private television or reading room at the front of the house. Whether you enjoy the sailing activity in Chichester Harbour or just want to get away to a special area, this house will not disappoint.

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms plus a small study area. Two bedrooms are fitted with king sized beds, the thrird twin beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower above and a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment.

Outside there is a decked area and the gardens are exceptionally well presented.

Bosham area

One of the tidal quayside villages in Chichester Harbour and probably the best known, this is a great area for sailing activity and wildlife. Part of Chichester Harbour with nearby Itchenor and Dell Quay. To the south is the East Head Nature Reserve that links up with the beaches at the Witterings.

The cathedral city of Chichester, with its Festival Theatre and Pallant Art Gallery is only three miles away. Just to the north are the South Downs and the Goodwood Estate famous for horse racing and the Goodwood motorsport events. To the west, Portsmouth, the historic dockyard and Gun Wharf Quays are easily accessible.
