YOUR PLACE IN THE COUNTRY
Welcome to the most beautiful, independent hotel, spa and estate in Buckinghamshire.
We’ve undergone a £6 million renovation, and every penny has been spent making Horwood House into your place in the country, where you’ll always receive a warm welcome.
As you arrive, you see the grand arts & craft style Manor House, a grade II listed building, at the end of the sweeping drive. We are its proud custodians and we’ve carefully preserved it for guests to enjoy as a photogenic backdrop to a celebration or a luxurious stay.
Our newer, and just as lavish, contemporary wing is a fusion of cool scandi chic and botanical motifs. You’ll discover harmonious spaces and refurbished bedrooms that reflect our 38 acres of woods, lawns and wildlife. Just like our historic gardens, it’s literally a breath of fresh air.
The transformation hasn’t just been all about the architecture either, it’s about experiencing hospitality from the heart. It’s more than friendly staff, great food and cosy rooms. (Although we have buckets of that too).
It’s your home from home, so consider us your family. Don’t be surprised if we stop to chat, we love to get to know our guests.
Right from the start, we wanted to create more than just a hotel. Somewhere with a special spot just for you. A place to make memories.
Come and celebrate with us, share your wedding day, relax in our spa with your besties, bring the kids (and dogs) or get down to business.
Our door is always open, so kick off your shoes and visit us often.
Horwood House is centrally located, only 11 miles from Milton Keynes and perfectly positioned for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of London, Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge. We are a comfortable journey from Heathrow and Luton airports, just off the M40 and M1 making Horwood House easily accessible for all your delegates.
