Adhurst Yurts have six yurts and one canvas-roofed wood cabin tucked within one hundred acres of ancient woodland above the banks of the River Rother - well away from any roads.
And all within the South Downs National Park. Adhurst provide stylish, healthy and ecologically-conscious holidays for everyone from family reunions to romantic couple to holidaying pets, foodies and nature enthusiasts. Honeymoons in Willow are very popular. All our yurts have their own safari kitchens. Birch Yurt and Chestnut are ideal for friends sharing.
We are one hour from London and easily reached by train. Walk from your yurt through private ancient woodland to three different pubs. The Queens Head in Sheet and The Harrow in Steep are both charming. There’s also the pick-your-own farm at Durleighmarsh, just one mile away. Bushcraft is included in all Friday arrivals and is taught by our team of professionals.
Adhurst Yurts are recommended by Sawday’s, The Telegraph, The Week, The Sunday Times, The Independent, Harper’s Bazaar, Hampshire Life and also feature in the best-selling WILD Guide and Cool Camping’s Glamping Getaways series.
Our rates are between £480 and £550 for a three night weekend which commence on a Friday and include bushcraft, firewood, a fully made-up double bed and all kitchen outdoor cooking essentials, including a gas hob and fire bowl.
Adhurst Yurts postcode is midway between GU31 5AE and GU31 5AD. A3(south) Midhurst (A272) exit. At roundabout exit on left for Rake, Midhurst, etc. Continue for 1km, up hill PASSING turning (A272) Midhurst on right. ADHURST FARM is 300m on the left. Follow Adhurst Yurts signs up farm track.
