If you haven't seen Hatstand Opera perform before, you're in for a treat! Enjoy the laughter, passion and sheer joy of opera highlights, sung by Hatstand's professional opera singers who love what they do.
Back for a third performance by popular demand, Hatstand Opera present a chocolate-box assortment of classic scenes and heart-rending arias from favourite operas in their trademark informal style. The "fab four" often include the occasional classic musical too, plus a couple of unusual items for the opera buffs, and lots of fun stuff for the rest of us!
Most extracts are sung in English, including airline adverts, favourite tunes and something really unusual for the buffs, loads of laughs and much more. No need for subtitles, when compere and mezzo Kirsty Young introduces who's singing what, when and why!
